I recently had the incredible opportunity to be part of a special event in Minsk, Belarus, at Kvartal Depo, a vibrant new town. This event was particularly exciting as it marked the grand opening of Kvartal Depo in collaboration with the legendary Ararat Brandy.
As a proud ambassador of Armenian cuisine, I was honored to craft an authentic Armenian dinner for 50 guests, bringing the rich flavors and traditions of my homeland to the heart of Minsk. The evening was a perfect blend of exquisite food, fine Ararat brandy, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Each dish was carefully curated to reflect Armenia’s culinary heritage, complementing the deep, complex flavors of Ararat’s renowned spirits.
We had a special menu for the evening, featuring a blend of Armenian flavors and Ararat Brandy:

Armenian trout marinated in Ararat Brandy with tarragon sauce.
Aveluk (Wild Sorrel) salad with Ararat honey and walnut vinaigrette.
Beef cheeks stewed in red wine and Ararat cherry, served with potato cream.
Armenian Gata with Ararat Apricot and fresh apricots from Armenia.
Each dish reflected the rich culinary heritage of Armenia, making the evening truly special
It was a privilege to be part of such a significant event, celebrating Armenian culture on an international stage. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do—connecting people through food, history, and shared experiences.
Looking forward to more unforgettable collaborations!
